During the pre-consultation, no tailored advice is provided for your specific concern. This is a bit of a fact-finding mission and makes sure we all start off on the right foot!

This is a 60 minute online chat about smaller problems that don't require a full referral, or for follow up support after a referral.

If you need a little bit of help with, for example, settling a puppy, introducing a new kitten to your household, and other small problems that don't require a full referral, this will likely be the package for you.

We will spend 60 minutes chatting about the problem you are experiencing, and the ways we might be able to mitigate these problems. In the event we feel there may be a larger problem to be explored, referral can also be discussed here.

This package requires referral from your veterinary surgeon and is tailored to your pets specific behaviour problem.

Problems that require more intense behaviour modification support, for example, inappropriate urination, aggression, separation anxiety, etc. will need a full referral.

This package generally includes an initial face-to-face consultation at your home, or a place best suited for you, a full written report for you and your vet, and a minimum of 3 follow-up phone calls at 1 week, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks post-consultation.
